Rappler Talk: A crossroads for Duterte and the ICC

President Rodrigo Duterte will never cooperate with the International Criminal Court (ICC) while he's in power, said Malacañang.

This will make any potential investigation into the drug war killings here difficult. And that is if the ICC's pre-trial chamber will give the authorization to investigate, as requested by Fatou Bensouda before she retired as ICC prosecutor.

Justice reporter Lian Buan talks to international law expert Param-Preet Singh, the associate director of the Human Rights Watch (HRW) international justice program.
