Albay is a 1st-class province in the Philippines. It is part of the Bicol Region located in Luzon. It has a population of 1,374,768 as of the 2020 Census, and a land area of 2,574.91 square kilometers.

The province is composed of 3 cities and 15 municipalities. Its capital is Legazpi City.

In the 2022 elections, the province had 890,148 registered voters.
