October is World Pasta Month! So Kitchen 143 together with San Remo are celebrating in pasta-riffic style through a three-part special series.

We kick things off by diving into the infinite pasta-bilities of red sauces. Our host, Michelle Aventajado will be sharing how she makes two recipes: Italian sausage and mushroom linguine, as well as a penne dish with spicy vodka sauce.

Joining her with their own red sauce recipes are Terrasse Bistro’s own Chef Nico De Asis Millanes, and twenty four bakeshop’s AJ Francisco.

Of course, a celebration wouldn’t be complete without some giveaways, so if you join our Quiz The Cook trivia contest, you can get a chance to win San Remo goodies that can help you recreate some of the dishes we’re featuring on the show.

Catch the first episode of our three-part special series on World Pasta Month on October 11 at 4:00 pm! Bookmark this page so you don’t miss it.
