Filinvest Innovation Park in New Clark City is set to be a new Central Luzon business hub, catering to the needs of logistics, e-commerce, and manufacturing companies

MANILA, Philippines – Filinvest Land is opening a new industrial park in Capas, Tarlac, which aims to attract companies in the logistics and manufacturing sectors to set up shop.

Filinvest Innovation Park-New Clark City (FIP-NCC) was formed through a joint venture with the Bases Conversion and Development Authority, and is the real estate developer’s latest project that expands its foothold in Central Luzon.

“With its state-of-the-art green and digital features, FIP-NCC will provide an ideal environment for logistics, e-commerce, and light manufacturing ventures. We take pride in offering a new asset class that not only supports businesses but also contributes to the local economy’s growth,” said Tristan Las Marias, Filinvest Land president and chief executive officer.

The 60-hectare facility is located within the 288-hectare Filinvest New Clark City and has ready-built factories (RBFs) tailored to meet the needs of potential locators.

“These RBFs (offered in 2,500, 4,000, and 5,000-square-meter units) are designed with Grade A warehouse specifications, including features such as high ceiling clearance, floor load capacity of 3 tons per square meters, raised production floors with loading docks, and robust utility infrastructure support, including high-speed internet access and fire detection and suppression systems,” Filinvest said.

Industrial lots ranging from the standard one-hectare lots up to 11-hectare “mega lots” are available for lease to house larger facilities.

FIP-NCC is registered with the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, enabling locators to benefit from tax incentives, streamlined trade processes, and special visa privileges for foreign employees. – Rappler.com
