“We will paint Iloilo City red! My beloved Ilonggos, we encourage you to come and welcome our Miss Universe Philippines 2020, Rabiya Mateo, on her homecoming to the City of Love on November 13 at 9:00 AM. Let us show the Ilonggos’ power by wearing red and bringing red pieces such as flaglets, banners, and balloons in support of the queen.”

He also reminded those who will participate to follow safety protocols and wear masks and face shields.

According to the schedule released by the Iloilo Festivals Foundation Inc, Rabiya’s activities include a motorcade starting on Friday, a press conference, and the ceremonial lighting of the Christmas Parol of Hope in SM Iloilo.
