Mercato is also introducing international brand The Cheesecake Factory and Cebu’s Zubuchon Lechon to their roster.

The weekend food festival closed for business at the start of March 2020’s lockdown. They launched their first online delivery portal in June 2020 and reopened for outdoor dining in October 2020 at High StrEAT, an outdoor takeout food market at the Bonifacio High Street Ampitheater in Taguig City.
Mercato Centrale’s Midnight Mercato food fair was first launched in 2011 at the BGC Tent, featuring several local start-ups and food businesses in one place. – Rappler.com
