‘PUBG Mobile’ to feature characters from ‘Arcane: League of Legends’

League of Legends characters are crossing over to the world of PUBG Mobile.

Two of the biggest gaming titles linked up as Riot Games, the developer of League of Legends, partnered with PUBG Mobile, which will now feature characters from Arcane.

Arcane is a Netflix animated series set in the League of Legends universe.

“We’re extremely excited to be partnering with Riot Games to celebrate its first-ever League of Legends animated series,” said PUBG Mobile head of publishing Vincent Wang.

“We’ve got a lot in store for our players including some completely new game play features we’ve never experimented with before, so we can’t wait to show off more.”

League of Legends characters who will grace the PUBG Mobile battlegrounds include Jinx, Vi, Caitlyn, and Jayce.

Aside from having League of Legends characters playable in PUBG Mobile, the battle royale game will add a new theme called Mirror Island, which is the projected space of the Arcane world.
