Rain in parts of Luzon, Visayas on Sunday
MANILA, Philippines - Light to moderate rain and thunderstorms are expected in parts of Luzon and Visayas Sunday, October 28, as the northeast monsoon continues to cool the country down.
The state weather bureau PAGASA said Aurora, Bulacan, Rizal, Cagayan Valley, Bicol, and Eastern Visayas will have light to moderate rain and thunderstorms.
The rest of the country, meanwhile, will have partly cloudy skies with brief rain or thunderstorms.
Moderate to strong winds caused by the northeast monsoon will blow over Luzon, while winds elsewhere will be light to moderate, coming form the northeast to east.
There is no major weather disturbance within the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
