SCHEDULE: Closure of cemeteries, memorial parks in Cavite towns, cities

The city and municipal governments in Cavite have announced the dates when public cemeteries and memorial parks in their jurisdictions will be closed during the All Saints Day and and All Souls Day week, in response to guidelines issued by the national task force against COVID-19. 

This is the second year of Undas when the national government imposes a ban on entering public and private cemeteries in the country to avoid the formation of crowds, a super spreader of the novel coronavirus. 

The province’s 23 towns and cities have released their schedules, as of Thursday, October 21. They advise the public to visit the graves of their loved ones before or after the following dates, and observe minimum health standards when they do.
