Bicol Region, also known as Region V, is a region of the Philippines, located in Luzon. It has a population of 6,082,165 as of the 2020 Census, and a land area of 18,114.47 square kilometers.

The region is composed of the provinces of Albay, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Catanduantes, Masbate, and Sorsogon, and the independent city of Naga City. Its regional center is Legazpi City, Albay.

The region is known for spicy cuisine and the world famous Mt. Mayon, which is located in the province of Albay.

In the 2022 elections, the region had 3,910,261 registered voters.
